I welcome applications from prospective research students interested in law and society topics, particularly those involving intellectual property law, cultural rights, the creative industries, or experimental or visual qualitative research methods. Possible topics could include copyright law and visual art; creative communities and copying norms; protocols and GLAM sector practices; studies of legal consciousness i.e. how creators think about law; legal projects that use art or practice-based methodologies.
